What Does It Mean When My Laptop Says Administrator Will Not Let Me Change Something

I am the ambassador on my computer, it volition not allow me to do anything. I tin can't add together a new user, I can not download new software etc.... Does anyone know how to set this?

Are you sure? When you get to Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts it says your username and under information technology Administrator? Is your computer on a domain? Information technology'southward possible domain policies are preventing you.
